Virginia High School Basketball - Lebanon thwarts Rural Retreat

The Lebanon Pioneers (Lebanon, VA) basketball knocked off the host Rural Retreat Indians (Rural Retreat, VA), 48-35 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Pioneers (9-5) will now prepare for their test against Patrick Henry (Glade Spring, VA). The Rebels go into the non-league test with a 10-7 record. In their last test, Patrick Henry went down by Holston (Damascus, VA), 38-26, in a non-league test.
The Indians now own a 4-16 record. They play next when they travel to Northwood for a non-league test on Friday, February 3.
