In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Pinecrest Patriots (Southern Pines, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Lee County Yellow Jackets (Sanford, NC), by a margin of 58-12.
The Patriots (9-9) will now prepare for their outing against Scotland (Laurinburg, NC). The Fighting Scots go into the non-league outing with a 12-4 record. In their last outing, Scotland was trounced by Pinecrest (Southern Pines, NC), 45-44, in a non-league outing.
The Yellow Jackets now own a 1-14 record. They play next when they travel to Richmond for a non-league outing on Friday, February 3.
