The Los Alamos Hilltoppers basketball team (Los Alamos, NM), was toppled 50-41 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes (Pojoaque, NM)
The Elks/Elkettes now possess a 12-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Espanola Valley for a non-league battle on Friday, February 3. Pojoaque Valley will confront a Sundevils team coming off a 43-27 non-league win over Taos (Taos, NM). The Sundevils record now stands at 13-6.
The Hilltoppers (7-8) will now prepare for their battle against Moriarty (Moriarty, NM). The Pintos come into the non-league battle with a 1-11 record. In their last battle, Moriarty was toppled by Robertson (Las Vegas, NM), 80-42, in a non-league battle.
