Virginia High School Basketball - Westover Christian Academy can't hold off North Cross

The North Cross Raiders basketball team scored 46 points and held the visiting Westover Christian Academy Bulldogs to 41 in the Raiders non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Raiders now sport a 8-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to New Covenant for a contest on Thursday, February 2.

The Bulldogs (3-11) will now prepare for their contest against Roanoke Valley Christian (Roanoke, VA). The EAGLES enter the non-league contest with a 10-6 record. In their last contest, Roanoke Valley Christian was nudged by Smith Mountain Lake Christian Academy (Moneta, VA), 51-43, in a league contest.
