North Carolina High School Basketball - Sugar Creek nudges Queen's Grant

In Tuesday's league outing, the Sugar Creek Wildcats (Charlotte, NC) basketball squad edged the visiting Queen's Grant Stallions (Matthews, NC), by a margin of 40-39.

The Wildcats (5-7) will now prepare for their outing against Woodlawn (Davidson, NC). The Trailblazers go into the non-league outing with a 2-7 record. In their last outing, Woodlawn was tipped by Forsyth Home Educators (Winston-Salem, NC), 35-24, in a non-league outing.

The Stallions now own a 1-8 record. They play next when they host Carolina International for a outing on Friday, February 10.
