The Tigers now hold a 5-8 record. They play next when they host Cigarroa for a 5A Region 4 District 30 test on Friday, February 3. Martin will meet a Toros squad coming off a 11-0 league loss to Juarez-Lincoln (La Joya, TX). The Toros record now stands at 1-5.

With the loss, Rio Grande City drops to 1-8 on the season. The Rattlers host Juarez-Lincoln (La Joya, TX) to meet the Huskies in a 5A Region 4 District 30 test on Friday, February 3. The Huskies come into the test with a record of 7-2. Juarez-Lincoln won 11-0 in their recent league test against Cigarroa (Laredo, TX)
