California High School Basketball - Central Valley ripped by Anderson

January 31, 2024: Anderson, CA 96007

The Anderson Cubs basketball team scored 69 points and held the visiting Central Valley Falcons to 37 in the Cubs league triumph on Wednesday.

The Cubs now sport a 7-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host West Valley for a Northern contest on Friday, February 2. Anderson will meet a Eagles team coming off a 72-48 league win over Yreka (Yreka, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 12-12.

The Falcons (2-23) will now prepare for their contest against University Prep (Redding, CA). The Panthers enter the Northern contest with a 17-8 record. In their last contest, University Prep triumphed over Lassen (Susanville, CA), 59-50, in a league contest.
