The Appomattox Regional Governor's Arts & Tech Dragons basketball team (Petersburg, VA), dropped 54-38 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Windsor Dukes (Windsor, VA)

The Dukes now sport a 4-15 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Surry County for a Tri-Rivers battle on Friday, February 2. Windsor will battle a Cougars team coming off a 48-45 non-league win over Mathews (Mathews, VA). The Cougars record now stands at 4-17.

The Dragons (0-18) will now prepare for their battle against Franklin (Franklin, VA). The Broncos come into the Tri-Rivers battle with a 14-8 record. In their last battle, Franklin prevailed over Lakeland (Suffolk, VA), 67-65, in a non-league battle.
