In their next game, the Mustangs face the Pocahontas Redskins (Pocahontas, AR) in a 4A Region 3 game, on Friday, February 2. Forrest City will attempt to move on its 14-8 season record. The Redskins enter the game with a 3-14 record after their 74-62 league loss to Blytheville (Blytheville, AR).

With the defeat, Brookland moves to 20-4 on the year. The Bearcats host Pocahontas (Pocahontas, AR) to face the Redskins in a 4A Region 3 battle on Tuesday, February 6. The Redskins come into the battle with a record of 3-14.
