Washington High School Basketball - Chewelah can't hold off Upper Columbia Academy

The Upper Columbia Academy Lions basketball team scored 53 points and held the host Chewelah Cougars to 49 in the Lions league triumph on Wednesday.
The Lions now sport a 2-16 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Davenport for a 2B Bi-County contest on Thursday, February 1. Upper Columbia Academy will battle a Gorillas team coming off a 63-42 league loss to Northwest Christian School (Colbert, WA). The Gorillas record now stands at 8-12.
