The Clinton Yellowjackets basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Robinson Senators to 50 in the Yellowjackets league victory on Wednesday.

The Yellowjackets now sport a 17-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lisa Academy for a 4A Region 5 contest on Friday, February 2. Clinton will battle a Jaguars team coming off a 60-26 league loss to Pulaski Academy (Little Rock, AR). The Jaguars record now stands at 2-15.

The Senators (10-15) will now prepare for their contest against Lonoke (Lonoke, AR). The Jackrabbits come into the 4A Region 5 contest with a 9-14 record. In their last contest, Lonoke prevailed over Pulaski Academy (Little Rock, AR), 55-52, in a league contest.
