The Fenton Bison basketball team scored 35 points and held the visiting Elgin Maroons to 19 in the Bison league triumph on Wednesday.

The Bison now sport a 22-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Streamwood for a Upstate Eight contest on Friday, February 2. Fenton will meet a Sabres team coming off a 77-61 non-league loss to Elmwood Park (Elmwood Park, IL). The Sabres record now stands at 2-23.

The Maroons (8-17) will now prepare for their contest against Larkin (Elgin, IL). The Royals enter the Upstate Eight contest with a 5-20 record. In their last contest, Larkin ran past Aurora East (Aurora, IL), 59-54, in a league contest.
