In Wednesday's league outing, the Hopewell Valley Central Bulldogs (Pennington, NJ) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Princeton Day Panthers (Princeton, NJ), by a count of 50-21.

The Bulldogs (14-3) will now prepare for their outing against West Windsor-Plainsboro South (Princeton Junction, NJ). The Pirates go into the Colonial Valley outing with a 7-11 record. In their last outing, West Windsor-Plainsboro South was crushed by West Windsor-Plainsboro North (Plainsboro, NJ), 54-15, in a league outing.

The Panthers now hold a 5-11 record. They play next when they travel to Nottingham for a Colonial Valley outing on Friday, February 2. Princeton Day will clash with a Northstars squad coming off a 63-54 league loss to Hightstown (Hightstown, NJ). The Northstars record now stands at 12-5.
