Madison Golden Knights (Brooklyn, NY) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host New Utrecht Utes (Brooklyn, NY), 58-49 in a league bout.

With the win, Madison upgrades its record to 12-1 on the season. The Golden Knights travel to Telecommunication Arts Tech (Brooklyn, NY) to play the Yellowjackets in a non-league bout on Monday, February 5. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a record of 3-9.

Next up, the Utes play the Grady Falcons (Brooklyn, NY) in a PSAL AAA Brooklyn I bout, on Monday, February 5. New Utrecht will attempt to upgrade on its 8-5 season record.
