In Wednesday's league match, the host Wayne Badgers basketball team scored a good 61-52 triumph over the Milford Tigers.
In their next game, the Badgers meet the Valley Buffalos (Orderville, UT) in a 1A Region 20 match, on Thursday, February 8. Wayne will attempt to move on its 12-8 season record.
With the defeat, Milford moves to 11-8 on the year. The Tigers host Green River (Green River, UT) to meet the Pirates in a non-league match on Tuesday, February 6. The Pirates enter the match with a record of 13-5.
