The Van Nuys Wolves (Van Nuys, CA) basketball knocked off the host Panorama Pythons (Panorama City, CA), 47-39 in Wednesday's league test.

The Wolves (6-11) will now prepare for their test against Sylmar (Sylmar, CA). The Spartans go into the Valley Mission test with a 13-14 record. In their last test, Sylmar notched a victory over Canoga Park (Canoga Park, CA), 71-38, in a league test.

The Pythons now own a 5-16 record. They play next when they travel to Chavez for a non-league test on Thursday, February 1. Panorama will encounter a Eagles squad coming off a 62-44 league loss to Verdugo Hills (Tujunga, CA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-16.
