Colorado High School Basketball - Columbine can't hold off Lakewood

The Lakewood Tigers basketball team scored 58 points and held the visiting Columbine Rebels to 56 in the Tigers league triumph on Wednesday.
The Tigers now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bear Creek for a contest on Friday, February 2. Lakewood will battle a Bears team coming off a 69-19 league loss to Ralston Valley (Arvada, CO). The Bears record now stands at 1-6.
The Rebels (1-3) will now prepare for their contest against Valor Christian (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Eagles go into the bout with a 2-2 record. In their last bout, Valor Christian held off Chatfield (Littleton, CO), 68-66, in a league bout.
