The Manteca Buffaloes basketball team (Manteca, CA), was nudged 45-42 in Wednesday's league battle with the host Sierra Timberwolves (Manteca, CA)
The Timberwolves now possess a 14-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Oakdale for a battle on Friday, February 2. Sierra will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 54-50 league loss to Central Catholic (Modesto, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 15-8.
The Buffaloes (12-12) will now prepare for their battle against East Union (Manteca, CA). The Lancers come into the battle with a 4-10 record. In their last battle, East Union was nudged by Kimball (Tracy, CA), 50-31, in a league battle.
