The Croswell-Lexington Pioneers basketball team scored 48 points and held the visiting Almont Raiders to 30 in the Pioneers league triumph on Wednesday.

The Pioneers now sport a 10-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Imlay City for a Blue Water Area bout on Friday, February 2. Croswell-Lexington will play a Spartans squad coming off a 53-25 league win over Algonac (Algonac, MI). The Spartans record now stands at 7-6.

With the defeat, Almont moves to 2-10 on the year. The Raiders host Richmond (Richmond, MI) to meet the Blue Devils in a Blue Water Area match on Friday, February 2. The Blue Devils enter the match with a record of 4-9. Richmond won 41-35 in their recent league match against Algonac (Algonac, MI)
