In Wednesday's league test, the visiting Buffalo Grove Bison basketball squad scored a close 42-37 win over the Wheeling Wildcats.
The Bison (4-21) will now prepare for their test against Saint Viator (Arlington Heights, IL). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 5-22 record. In their last test, Saint Viator was tipped by Marian Catholic (Chicago Heights, IL), 64-56, in a league test.
The Wildcats now own a 6-21 record. They play next when they travel to Vernon Hills for a non-league test on Saturday, February 3. Wheeling will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 48-43 league loss to Maine East (Park Ridge, IL). The Cougars record now stands at 9-19.
