Maine High School Basketball - Searsport overwhelmed by Central

The Central Red Devils basketball team scored 67 points and restricted the visiting Searsport Vikings to 33 in the Red Devils non-league victory on Wednesday.
The Red Devils now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hermon for a non-league contest on Thursday, February 1. Central will battle a Hawks team coming off a 51-18 league loss to Old Town (Old Town, ME). The Hawks record now stands at 4-12.
The Vikings (6-9) will now prepare for their contest against Jonesport-Beals (Jonesport, ME). The Royals come into the non-league contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, Jonesport-Beals was routed by Woodland (Baileyville, ME), 52-49, in a non-league contest.
