South Carolina High School Basketball - Christian Academy tipped by St. James

January 31, 2024: Myrtle Beach, SC 29577

In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting St. James Sharks basketball team scored a tight 29-22 triumph over the Christian Academy Saints .

In their next game, the Sharks meet the Sumter Gamecocks (Sumter, SC) in a AAAAA Region 5 match, on Tuesday, February 6. St. James will attempt to move on its 14-9 season record. The Gamecocks enter the match with a 19-0 record after their 52-35 league win over Carolina Forest (Myrtle Beach, SC).

With the defeat, Christian Academy moves to 19-6 on the year. The Saints host Pee Dee Academy (Mullins, SC) to meet the Eagles in a SCISA AAA Region II match on Friday, February 2. The Eagles enter the match with a record of 6-6. Pee Dee Academy won 30-25 in their recent league match against Christian Academy (Myrtle Beach, SC)
