The Eastmont Wildcats basketball team (East Wenatchee, WA), was overwhelmed 83-36 in Wednesday's league battle with the visiting Davis Pirates (Yakima, WA)

The Pirates now possess a 14-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sunnyside for a 4A Columbia Basin Big-9 battle on Friday, February 2. Davis will confront a Grizzlies team coming off a 78-43 league loss to Eastmont (East Wenatchee, WA). The Grizzlies record now stands at 3-15.

The Wildcats (13-4) will now prepare for their battle against Eisenhower (Yakima, WA). The Cadets come into the 4A Columbia Basin Big-9 battle with a 4-13 record. In their last battle, Eisenhower was overwhelmed by Toppenish (Toppenish, WA), 69-41, in a non-league battle.
