Maine High School Basketball - Erskine Academy can't hold off Mount View

The Mount View Mustangs basketball team scored 49 points and restricted the host Erskine Academy Eagles to 47 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Mustangs now sport a 11-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Oceanside for a non-league contest on Friday, February 2. Mount View will battle a Mariners team coming off a 80-42 non-league win over Belfast (Belfast, ME). The Mariners record now stands at 15-0.

The Eagles (8-7) will now prepare for their contest against Medomak Valley (Waldoboro, ME). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 12-4 record. In their last contest, Medomak Valley edged Lincoln Academy (Newcastle, ME), 54-29, in a league contest.
