California High School Basketball - James Logan trounces Newark Memorial

January 31, 2024: Union City, CA 94587

The James Logan Colts (Union City, CA) basketball crushed the visiting Newark Memorial Cougars (Newark, CA), 69-25 in Wednesday's league test.

The Colts (18-4) will now prepare for their test against Kennedy (Fremont, CA). The Titans go into the Mission Valley test with a 2-16 record. In their last test, Kennedy was trounced by Moreau Catholic (Hayward, CA), 69-13, in a league test.

The Cougars now own a 8-15 record. They play next when they travel to Mission San Jose for a Mission Valley test on Friday, February 2. Newark Memorial will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 51-38 league loss to Irvington (Fremont, CA). The Warriors record now stands at 5-16.
