The Southwest Guilford Cowboys basketball team scored 38 points and held the visiting East Forsyth Eagles to 14 in the Cowboys non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Cowboys now sport a 2-10 record. They put it on the line next when they host Union Grove Christian for a non-league contest on Friday, February 2. Southwest Guilford will battle a Patriots team coming off a 24-23 non-league win over Faith Christian (Ramseur, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 12-3.
The Eagles (0-11) will now prepare for their contest against R.J. Reynolds (Winston-Salem, NC). The Demons enter the non-league contest with a 9-5 record. In their last contest, R.J. Reynolds was routed by Mount Tabor (Winston-Salem, NC), 35-29, in a non-league contest.
