The Lawrence Academy Spartans edged the host Belmont Hill Sextants ice hockey squad by a tally of 4-3 in Wednesday's league bout.

With the victory, Lawrence Academy betters its record to 12-6 on the campaign. The Spartans host Winchendon (Winchendon, MA) to confront the Wapiti in a bout on Friday, February 2. The Wapiti go into the bout with a record of 11-13. Winchendon won 3-1 in their recent league bout against Austin Prep (Reading, MA)

The Sextants now have a 12-6 record. They take the field next when they host Phillips Academy for a bout on Friday, February 2. Belmont Hill will confront a Big Blue squad coming off a 5-3 league loss to Deerfield Academy (Deerfield, MA). The Big Blue record now stands at 13-4.
