Connecticut High School Ice Hockey - Kent School holds off Taft School

The Kent School Lions edged the visiting Taft School Big Red ice hockey squad by a tally of 3-2 in Wednesday's league bout.

With the victory, Kent School betters its record to 14-6 on the campaign. The Lions travel to Berkshire School (Sheffield, MA) to confront the Bears in a bout on Wednesday, February 7. The Bears go into the bout with a record of 16-7. Berkshire School won 6-2 in their recent league bout against Canterbury School (New Milford, CT)

The Big Red now have a 9-11 record. They take the field next when they host Frederick Gunn for a bout on Friday, February 2. Taft School will confront a Highlanders squad coming off a 6-1 league win over Millbrook School (Millbrook, NY). The Highlanders record now stands at 12-8.
