California High School Basketball - Anderson thwarts Central Valley

The Anderson Cubs (Anderson, CA) basketball knocked off the visiting Central Valley Falcons (Shasta Lake, CA), 59-49 in Wednesday's league test.

The Cubs (20-3) will now prepare for their test against West Valley (Cottonwood, CA). The Eagles go into the test with a 4-19 record. In their last test, West Valley went down by Yreka (Yreka, CA), 71-52, in a league test.

The Falcons now own a 8-12 record. They play next when they host University Prep for a test on Friday, February 2.
