South Miami Cobras (Miami, FL) backers were in high spirits Wednesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Everglades Prep Academy Panther (Homestead, FL), 38-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, South Miami upgrades its record to 3-15 on the season. The Cobras travel to Ferguson (Miami, FL) to clash with the Falcons in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 1. The Falcons go into the bout with a record of 8-3. Ferguson won 80-40 in their recent non-league bout against Varela (Miami, FL)
