The Whitney Wildcats (Rocklin, CA) basketball knocked off the host Granite Bay Grizzlies (Granite Bay, CA), 60-50 in Wednesday's league test.
The Wildcats (18-8) will now prepare for their test against Del Oro (Loomis, CA). The Golden Eagles go into the test with a 12-12 record. In their last test, Del Oro went down by Folsom (Folsom, CA), 59-19, in a league test.
The Grizzlies now own a 3-14 record. They play next when they host Oak Ridge for a test on Friday, February 2. Granite Bay will encounter a Trojans squad coming off a 78-54 league win over Rocklin (Rocklin, CA). The Trojans record now stands at 18-5.
