The Agape Christian Knights (Energy, IL) basketball edged the host Century Centurions (Ullin, IL), 54-48 in Friday's league bout.

The Knights now possess a 9-10 record. They play next when they travel to Egyptian for a South Egyptian bout on Monday, February 3. Agape Christian will play a Pharaohs team coming off a 94-54 non-league loss to Cairo (Cairo, IL). The Pharaohs record now stands at 7-16.

With the loss, Century falls to 16-8 on the campaign. The Centurions travel to Meridian (Mounds, IL) to play the Bobcats in a South Egyptian bout on Monday, February 3. The Bobcats go into the bout with a record of 19-6. Meridian lost 74-60 in their recent non-league bout against Waterloo (Waterloo, IL)
