The Swanton Bulldogs nipped the host Archbold Blue Streaks basketball team by a margin of 46-44 in Friday's league contest.

The Bulldogs (10-9) will now prepare for their contest against Bryan (Bryan, OH). The Golden Bears come into the Northwest Ohio contest with a 6-12 record. In their last contest, Bryan was tipped by Bath (Lima, OH), 61-43, in a non-league contest.

In their next game, the Blue Streaks battle the Tinora Rams (Defiance, OH) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, February 1. Archbold will attempt to better on its 9-7 season record. The Rams come into the contest with a 15-2 record after their 53-42 league win over Ayersville (Defiance, OH).
