Maryland High School Basketball - Arundel bested by Meade

January 31, 2025: Fort Meade, MD 20755

Meade Mustangs (Fort Meade, MD) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Arundel Wildcats (Gambrills, MD), 75-55 in a league match.

With the victory, Meade advances its record to 13-3 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Southern (Harwood, MD) to face the Bulldogs in a Anne Arundel County match on Tuesday, February 4. The Bulldogs enter the match with a record of 10-4. Southern won 65-64 in their recent league match against Glen Burnie (Glen Burnie, MD)

The Wildcats now own a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host North County for a Anne Arundel County match on Tuesday, February 4. Arundel will face a Knights squad coming off a 59-52 league win over Annapolis (Annapolis, MD). The Knights record now stands at 12-3.
