The Duarte Falcons basketball team scored 42 points and limited the visiting Azusa Aztecs to 34 in the Falcons league triumph on Friday.

The Falcons now have a 12-15 record. They play next when they host Garey for a Montview game on Tuesday, February 4. Duarte will confront a Vikings team coming off a 38-22 league loss to Azusa (Azusa, CA). The Vikings record now stands at 8-11.

With the loss, Azusa falls to 11-8 on the campaign. The Aztecs travel to Nogales (La Puente, CA) to confront the Nobles in a Montview game on Tuesday, February 4. The Nobles go into the game with a record of 5-19. Nogales lost 63-15 in their recent league game against Sierra Vista (Baldwin Park, CA)
