Tennessee High School Basketball - Mitchell bests Bluff City

The Mitchell Tigers basketball team scored 87 points and limited the host Bluff City Gray Wolves to 71 in the Tigers league triumph on Friday.
The Tigers now possess a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Fairley for a 2A District 16 game on Tuesday, February 4. Mitchell will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 70-63 league win over Wooddale (Memphis, TN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 18-5.
With the loss, Bluff City falls to 4-15 on the campaign. The Gray wolves travel to Sheffield (Memphis, TN) to confront the Knights in a 2A District 16 game on Tuesday, February 4. The Knights go into the game with a record of 1-17. Sheffield won 40-38 in their recent league game against Freedom Prep Academy (Memphis, TN)
