Virginia High School Basketball - Isle of Wight Academy sneaks past Broadwater Academy

The Isle of Wight Academy Chargers (Isle of Wight, VA) basketball edged the host Broadwater Academy Vikings (Exmore, VA), 40-37 in Friday's non-league bout.
The Chargers now possess a 3-8 record. They play next when they host Suffolk Christian Academy for a non-league bout on Monday, February 3. Isle of Wight Academy will play a Knights team coming off a 58-51 league loss to Victory Christian (Elizabeth City, NC). The Knights record now stands at 7-8.
With the loss, Broadwater Academy falls to 4-7 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Greenbrier Christian Academy (Chesapeake, VA) to play the Gators in a Metropolitan bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Gators go into the bout with a record of 4-10. Greenbrier Christian Academy won 70-24 in their recent non-league bout against TEACH Homeschool (Virginia Beach, VA)
