In Friday's league contest, the host East Jessamine Jaguars basketball team scored a big 68-40 triumph over the Burgin Bulldogs.
The Jaguars (5-17) will now prepare for their contest against Boyle County (Danville, KY). The Rebels go into the non-league contest with a 9-6 record. In their last contest, Boyle County was trounced by North Laurel (London, KY), 61-58, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bulldogs battle the North Hardin Christian Falcons (Radcliff, KY) in a non-league contest, on Saturday, February 1. Burgin will attempt to better on its 3-12 season record. The Falcons go into the contest with a 0-4 record after their 70-20 non-league loss to Casey County (Liberty, KY).
