CAM Cougars (Anita, IA) supporters left the game happy Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad run past the visiting Paton-Churdan Rockets (Churdan, IA), 60-52 in a league match.

With the victory, CAM advances its record to 7-10 on the year. The Cougars travel to Glidden-Ralston (Glidden, IA) to meet the Wildcats in a Rolling Hills match on Tuesday, February 4. The Wildcats enter the match with a record of 10-7. Glidden-Ralston won 54-41 in their recent non-league match against Boyer Valley (Dunlap, IA)

The Rockets now own a 6-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Coon Rapids-Bayard for a non-league match on Monday, February 3. Paton-Churdan will meet a Crusaders squad coming off a 72-46 league win over Exira-EHK (Elk Horn, IA). The Crusaders record now stands at 15-1.
