Next, the Gaels clash with the Monsignor Scanlan Crusaders (Bronx, NY) in a Catholic AA - New York test, on Sunday, February 2. Iona Prep will attempt to upgrade on its 12-8 season record. The Crusaders come into the test with a 4-10 record after their 65-60 league loss to St. Raymond Boys (Bronx, NY).

The Cardinals (13-6) will now prepare for their test against Holy Cross (Flushing, NY). The Knights come into the non-league test with a 7-8 record. In their last test, Holy Cross overcame St. Francis Prep (Fresh Meadows, NY), 65-58, in a league test.
