Kentucky High School Basketball - Caverna routs Larue County

In Friday's league contest, the host Caverna Colonels basketball team scored a big 72-50 triumph over the Larue County Hawks.
The Colonels (10-9) will now prepare for their contest against Glasgow (Glasgow, KY). The Scotties go into the non-league contest with a 3-16 record. In their last contest, Glasgow was trounced by Clinton County (Albany, KY), 68-49, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Hawks confront the Green County Dragons (Greensburg, KY) in a District 18 contest, on Tuesday, February 4. Larue County will attempt to better on its 14-7 season record. The Dragons go into the contest with a 16-2 record after their 87-49 non-league win over Metcalfe County (Edmonton, KY).
