In Friday's league contest, the visiting Newberry Indians basketball team scored a good 52-43 win over the Cedarville Trojans.
The Indians (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against Engadine (Engadine, MI). The Eagles come into the Eastern Upper Peninsula contest with a 0-12 record.
In their next game, the Trojans battle the St. Ignace Saints (St. Ignace, MI) in a non-league contest, on Wednesday, February 5. Cedarville will attempt to better on its 6-9 season record.
