The Center Point Pirates basketball squad (Center Point, TX), was outscored 54-40 in Friday's league battle with the host Harper Longhorns (Harper, TX)

With the victory, Harper advances its record to 14-15 on the year. The Longhorns travel to San Saba (San Saba, TX) to meet the Armadillos in a 2A Region IV District 29 battle on Tuesday, February 4. The Armadillos enter the battle with a record of 9-11. San Saba lost 42-23 in their recent league battle against Junction (Junction, TX)

The Pirates now own a 4-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mason for a 2A Region IV District 29 battle on Tuesday, February 4.
