The Turkey Valley Trojans (Jackson Junction, IA) basketball toppled the host Clayton-Ridge Eagles (Guttenburg, IA), 61-52 in Friday's league bout.

The Trojans now possess a 8-11 record. They play next when they travel to South Winneshiek for a Upper Iowa bout on Tuesday, February 4. Turkey Valley will play a Warriors team coming off a 73-35 league win over West Central (Maynard, IA). The Warriors record now stands at 12-6.

With the loss, Clayton-Ridge falls to 3-15 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Postville (Postville, IA) to play the Pirates in a Upper Iowa bout on Tuesday, February 4. The Pirates go into the bout with a record of 6-12. Postville lost 86-50 in their recent league bout against MFL MarMac (Monona, IA)
