The Jehovah-Jireh Warriors basketball squad (Baton Rouge, LA), was nudged 38-37 in Friday's non-league battle with the visiting Collegiate (Baton Rouge, LA)
With the victory, Collegiate advances its record to 11-14 on the year. The travel to Parkview Baptist (Baton Rouge, LA) to meet the Eagles in a 3A District 6 battle on Tuesday, February 4. The Eagles enter the battle with a record of 20-8.
The Warriors now own a 2-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host Maurepas for a C District 7 battle on Monday, February 3. Jehovah-Jireh will meet a Wolves squad coming off a 54-41 league loss to Family Christian (Baton Rouge, LA). The Wolves record now stands at 11-16.
