In Friday's league contest, the host Timberlane Owls basketball team scored a good 61-48 triumph over the Concord Crimson Tide.

The Owls (1-13) will now prepare for their contest against Hollis-Brookline (Hollis, NH). The Cavaliers go into the non-league contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Hollis-Brookline topped Souhegan (Amherst, NH), 61-33, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Crimson Tide battle the Salem Blue Devils (Salem, NH) in a Division I contest, on Tuesday, February 4. Concord will attempt to better on its 0-12 season record. The Blue Devils go into the contest with a 4-8 record after their 61-55 league loss to Windham (Windham, NH).
