Kentucky High School Basketball - Cooper knocks off Highlands

January 31, 2025: Union, KY 41091

In Friday's non-league contest, the host Cooper Jaguars basketball team scored a good 68-56 win over the Highlands Bluebirds.

The Jaguars (12-4) will now prepare for their contest against Jennings County (North Vernon, IN). The Panthers come into the non-league contest with a 8-6 record. In their last contest, Jennings County defeated Floyd Central (Floyds Knobs, IN), 79-78, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Bluebirds battle the Campbell County Camels (Alexandria, KY) in a non-league contest, on Sunday, February 2. Highlands will attempt to better on its 14-7 season record. The Camels come into the contest with a 15-5 record after their 79-55 non-league win over Boone County (Florence, KY).
