Utah High School Basketball - San Juan knocks off Duchesne

The crowd at Friday's league challenge between the San Juan Broncos (Blanding, UT) and the visiting Duchesne Eagles (Duchesne, UT), observed San Juan's basketball team overcome Duchesne by a score of 47-33.

The Broncos (9-11) will now prepare for their challenge against North Summit (Coalville, UT). The Braves come into the 2A Region 15 challenge with a 15-3 record. In their last challenge, North Summit defeated Duchesne (Duchesne, UT), 49-44, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Eagles battle the Grand County Red Devils (Moab, UT) in a 2A Region 15 challenge, on Saturday, February 1. Duchesne will attempt to improve on its 4-12 season record. The Red Devils come into the challenge with a 8-12 record after their 70-62 league win over Gunnison Valley (Gunnison, UT).
