In Friday's league contest, the host Greece Olympia Spartans basketball team scored a good 84-70 win over the Eastridge Lancers.

The Spartans (5-9) will now prepare for their contest against Canandaigua Academy (Canandaigua, NY). The Braves come into the non-league contest with a 7-1 record. In their last contest, Canandaigua Academy defeated Brockport (Brockport, NY), 67-48, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Lancers battle the Irondequoit Eagles (Rochester, NY) in a non-league contest, on Monday, February 3. Eastridge will attempt to better on its 5-5 season record. The Eagles come into the contest with a 4-4 record after their 59-53 league win over Spencerport (Spencerport, NY).
