In Friday's league contest, the visiting Edmond North Huskies basketball team scored a good 61-48 triumph over the Sapulpa Chieftains.
The Huskies (15-4) will now prepare for their contest against Broken Arrow (Broken Arrow, OK). The Tigers go into the 6A District 4 contest with a 18-1 record. In their last contest, Broken Arrow topped Northwest Classen (Oklahoma City, OK), 79-52, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Chieftains confront the Bartlesville Bruins (Bartlesville, OK) in a 6A District 4 contest, on Tuesday, February 4. Sapulpa will attempt to advance on its 7-12 season record. The Bruins enter the battle with a 2-12 record after their 72-42 league loss to Charles Page (Sand Springs, OK).
